Custom Peptide Synthesis & Low-MOQ Contract Manufacturing

Peptimake is the custom-synthesis and private-label desk of Pepti, a peptide manufacturer in Guangzhou. Send a sequence or a specification, receive a written quote, and get a lyophilized lot in ten-vial kits with a batch Certificate of Analysis that carries the HPLC purity result and the mass-spectrometry identity result. Non-GMP, research use only.

01

Two ways to order

Buyers come to a contract peptide manufacturer with one of two starting points. Either they hold a sequence that no catalogue carries and need it made, or they already know a catalogue compound and need it filled, labelled and documented under their own brand. Peptimake handles both, and the two paths have different minimums, different lead times and different document sets, so the site keeps them apart from the first page.

Path A · custom sequence

Custom peptide synthesis

You supply the sequence (or the specification that defines it), the fill per vial and the vial count. Pepti synthesizes, purifies, lyophilizes and fills the lot, then issues the batch COA. Minimum order 100 kits (1,000 vials); lead time typically 15 days after specification and payment confirmation. Research use, non-GMP.

  • Sequence-defined synthesis and purification
  • Lyophilized fill into ten-vial kits
  • Batch COA with HPLC purity and MS identity

Path B · catalogue compound, your label

Low-MOQ contract manufacturing

You pick a compound Pepti already manufactures, choose the fill, and send your label artwork. Minimum order 50 kits (500 vials), with a 1-kit sample first if you want to inspect the lot and its paperwork. Standard lead-time tiers are 3–7, 10–14 or 14–18 days depending on the compound and quantity.

  • Private-label vials, cartons and inserts
  • Sample kit before the production lot
  • Public lot records to compare against

Not sure which path applies? If the compound appears in the public COA library, it is a catalogue compound and Path B is the shorter route. Anything else is custom synthesis.

02

What ships with every lot

A contract manufacturer is judged by the file it hands over, not by the vials alone. Each production lot from Pepti ships with a document set that lets the buyer match the vial in hand to a lot code, the lot code to a certificate, and the certificate to measured results. The set below is the baseline; additional documents are agreed in the specification before the order is confirmed, never assumed afterwards.

Public lot records for catalogue compounds are published at peptioem.com/coa. Published HPLC purity results across that library fall between 98.4% and 99.8% as of the last review date on this page; a custom lot is reported against the purity target written in its own specification.

  • COA

Batch Certificate of Analysis One certificate per lot, with the lot code, specification, manufacturing date, retest date and the two measured results below.

  • HPLC

Chromatographic purity result The reported HPLC purity of the lot, stated as a percentage against the agreed target.

  • MS

Molecular-weight identity result The observed molecular weight from mass spectrometry, compared with the theoretical value for the sequence.

  • LOT

Lot code on vial, carton and certificate The same code printed on the label, the outer carton and the COA so the three can be matched.

  • PACK

Packing list and tracking reference Vial count per kit, kit count per carton, and the courier reference once the shipment is collected.

03

How an order moves

The same sequence of steps runs for both paths. The difference is where the work starts: a custom order spends its first days in synthesis and purification, while a private-label order of a catalogue compound starts closer to the fill. Each step has a defined input, a defined output and a named owner, so a buyer always knows what is being waited for. The process page expands every step.

Numbers, stated plainly

Every number on this site comes from the factory's own confirmed facts and is checked against a whitelist before the site is published. There is no price list: a custom quote depends on sequence length, purity target, fill, quantity and documents, and a private-label quote depends on the compound, fill and labelling scope. Both are written against your specification and sent back in writing.

The figures below are the starting points. If your project needs something outside them, say so in the RFQ; the answer may be yes, but it will be confirmed rather than assumed.

Starting pointsspec sheet
Custom synthesis MOQ

100 kits. 1 kit = 10 vials, so 1,000 vials of one sequence at one fill.

Custom lead time

Typically 15 days after specification and payment confirmation. Sequence length and modifications can extend it; the quote states the expected figure.

Private-label MOQ

50 kits (500 vials) of a catalogue research peptide under your label.

Sample order

1 kit (10 vials) of a catalogue compound, so the lot and its document set can be inspected before a production order.

Standard lead-time tiers

3–7 days, 10–14 days or 14–18 days for catalogue compounds, depending on the compound, fill and quantity. The tier is stated in the quote.

Format

Lyophilized powder in sealed glass vials, ten vials per kit. Bulk lyophilized powder of catalogue compounds from 5 g, shipped cold chain.

Documents

Batch COA with HPLC purity and MS identity for every lot; further documents agreed in the specification.

Published purity

98.4%–99.8% HPLC purity across the public COA library at peptioem.com/coa, as of the last review date.

All quantities, lead times and documents are confirmed in writing per order.

Who this desk is for

Good fit

  • Research groups and contract labs that hold a sequence and need a documented lot rather than a milligram sample.
  • Research-peptide brands that want a catalogue compound filled and labelled at a 50-kit minimum instead of a pallet.
  • Distributors that need repeat lots with the same document set every time.
  • Buyers who want to see a lot and its paperwork before committing, starting with 1 kit.

Not a fit

  • Buyers who need a drug-substance manufacturer that publishes a GMP certificate or a drug master file; Pepti does not present itself as one.
  • Consumers or anyone seeking material for use in people or animals. Everything here is research use only.
  • Projects that need milligram-scale custom peptides for a single screen; the custom minimum is 100 kits.
  • Buyers who want a published price before a specification; quotes are written per specification.

Before you write

Three short guides save a round of questions: how to write a specification that can be quoted, what drives a custom quote, and why the minimums sit where they do. When the shipment arrives, this checklist walks through the document set.

A manufacturer-side desk, by Pepti

Peptimake is operated by Pepti from its production site in Guangzhou (operating address: No. 18 Zhenliangyuan 2nd Road, Zhongluotan Town, Baiyun District). The people answering a Pepti-RFQ sit with planning and QC, which is why a quote can state a lead-time tier and a document set rather than a sales estimate. The public COA library at peptioem.com/coa is the same factory's record of catalogue lots, and the quality page explains how to read it.

Scope statement

Pepti does not present itself as a cGMP drug-substance (API) manufacturer or CDMO and does not publish a GMP certificate or DMF. Peptides on this site are supplied for research use by qualified B2B buyers. For research use only. Not for human or veterinary use.

Peptides are supplied to qualified B2B buyers for research use. Pepti gives no dosing or protocol advice, makes no consumer-direct sales, and does not invent certificate numbers or registrations. Buyers remain responsible for confirming that the material and its labelling are permitted in the destination market.

FAQ

Questions buyers ask

What is the minimum order for a custom peptide sequence?

100 kits. A kit is 10 vials, so the minimum is 1,000 vials of one sequence at one fill per vial. Smaller custom runs are not offered because the synthesis, purification and fill set-up are the same regardless of batch size; the MOQ guide explains the arithmetic.

How long does a custom synthesis order take?

Typically 15 days after the specification is confirmed and payment is received. That is a typical figure, not a fixed commitment: long sequences, difficult couplings and extra purification passes can extend it, and the written quote states the expected lead time for your order.

What is the minimum for private-label contract manufacturing?

50 kits (500 vials) of a catalogue research peptide under your label. A 1-kit sample can be ordered first so you can inspect the lot and its document set. Standard lead-time tiers are 3–7, 10–14 or 14–18 days depending on compound and quantity.

Is this GMP manufacturing?

No. Custom synthesis and private-label manufacturing on this site are research-use and non-GMP. Pepti does not present itself as a cGMP drug-substance (API) manufacturer or CDMO and does not publish a GMP certificate or DMF. Every lot does ship with a batch COA carrying the HPLC purity result and the MS identity result.

Do you publish prices?

No. A custom quote depends on sequence length, purity target, fill, vial count and document set; a private-label quote depends on compound, fill and labelling scope. Send a Pepti-RFQ with those details and the quote comes back in writing.

Who actually manufactures the peptides?

Pepti, at its production site in Guangzhou. Peptimake is Pepti's custom-synthesis and private-label desk, not a trading company. Public lot records for catalogue compounds are at peptioem.com/coa.
