Buyer Guides

Four questions come up before almost every first order: what drives the quote, what the specification must contain, why the minimums sit where they do, and what to check when the shipment arrives. Each guide answers one of them in full, with the factory's confirmed figures and no sales copy.

FAQ

Questions buyers ask

Which guide should I read first?

If you have a sequence and want a quote, the specification guide; it gets you to a written quote in one message. If you want to understand the number on the quote, the pricing-logic guide.

Do the guides apply to private-label orders as well?

Yes. Each guide has a section on the private-label variant: the specification guide includes the catalogue-compound template, the MOQ guide explains the 50-kit minimum, and the receiving checklist covers the public COA library comparison that only catalogue lots allow.

Are the figures in the guides current?

Each page shows its last review date, and the build process checks every number against the factory's confirmed facts. If a figure changes, the page and the date change with it.

  1. State the sequence or catalogue compound and the fill per vial.
  2. State the quantity in kits (1 kit = 10 vials) and the destination country.
  3. List the documents you need with the shipment.
